Siberian Kale is a hardy and fast growing variety that originates in Russia. Huge, blue-green, slightly curled leaves have a mildly sweet flavour. The non-heading plants spread 30-40 cm (12-16") and provide a bountiful crop. Baby leaves can be harvested in as soon as 25 days.
