Growing recommendations
Start Ashe County Pimento seeds indoors about 8–10 weeks before the last expected frost. Keep seeds in a warm location to encourage germination. Transplant outdoors after the last frost, in full sun, spacing plants 18–24 inches apart. Water regularly and ensure well-drained soil. Peppers love heat but this variety can also be successfully grown in cooler regions.
