Pepper Iko Iko Seeds | Northern Seeds
A relatively new variety of sweet pepper developed by High Mowing in Vermont. Immature peppers are either dark purple or light yellow and mature to purple-streaked red or orange. A fun and surprising array of colours.
+/- 25 Seeds
Certified organic by Quebec Vrai
Growing recommendations
Seed peppers in flats or cell trays 1/4”deep 8 weeks before last frost (seed late March to mid-April). Pepper seeds are slow to germinate, especially in cool soil, so keep soil moist and be patient. If need be, transplant to cells or pots after seedlings develop true leaves. Transplant 18”-24” apart when days are warm and there is no longer any risk of frost (ideally avoiding night temperatures below 7 degrees Celsius). Staking or support is not needed.
